How it works

Three steps

It reads the house, asks what it cannot see, then writes.

Add the photographs and the floorplan, and fill in what the pictures cannot say. It first shows its reading of the house for you to correct. Only then does it write, and a second read checks the draft against the Browns rules before you see it.
